  • Open blinds and curtains evenly in every room.
  • Clear kitchen and bathroom counters of everyday items.
  • Hide trash cans, pet bowls, cords and remotes.
  • Make the beds and straighten pillows and throws.
  • Move cars away from the driveway and the front of the house.
  • Switch off ceiling fans and televisions.
  • Close toilet lids and tidy the towels.
