• the property or project address, its square footage, and access notes such as gate or lockbox codes;
• the services, preferred dates and times you choose, and anything else you write in the form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working. If we use analytics, it measures how visitors use the site in aggregate. You can limit cookies through your browser settings.

How we use your information

• to respond to your request, confirm appointments and arrange access to the property;
• to deliver your photographs, send invoices and keep business records;
• to improve the website and our services;
• to meet legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, form and email providers, gallery delivery and payment services, and only as needed for them to do that work. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep booking and client records for as long as we need them to provide our services and meet tax and legal requirements. Messages that do not lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed.

Access codes and property details

Gate codes, lockbox codes and similar access notes are used only to reach the property for your appointment and are not shared with anyone else.

Your choices

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it or delete it by emailing hello@lanternhome.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and we will honor requests as those laws require.

Children

This website is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
